LUMA Residential is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities in Carrollton, TX. The role offers $20.00 per hour, full-time schedule (40 hours weekly), and a $1,000 hiring bonus paid on the first paycheck.

Responsibilities include apartment home preparation, general property maintenance, and on-call emergency support, with opportunities for EPA certification sponsorship and career growth within a tech-forward company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year maintenance experience
• HVAC experience strongly preferred
• Personal tools required to perform job duties
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• EPA certification sponsorship provided for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Apartment Home Preparation: make-ready turns, painting, appliance installation and repairs, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cleaning, refurbishment, carpet work, fixture replacement, final inspections
• Property Maintenance: assist with maintenance projects, preventive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry)
• Community Appearance: maintain grounds, pool areas, curb appeal, common spaces
• Emergency Response: participate in rotating on-call schedules
• Technology & Documentation: use maintenance software, mobile apps, and digital tools for assignments and documentation
• Safety & Service: follow safety policies and deliver excellent resident service
