Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill is seeking a Service Manager to oversee front of house operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across opening, mid, and closing shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in restaurant management and is familiar with POS systems and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on experience in front of house.
• Familiarity with POS Systems.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close).
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Specific qualifications include: Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
• Hands-on experience in front of house
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual a plus
