Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Service Manager to oversee equipment readiness, service operations, inventory control, and personnel coordination to support project execution. The role ensures assets are maintained, repaired, and available, while fostering a strong safety culture and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily service activities, managing rental inventory, and overseeing maintenance and repair of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment repair experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR required.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 75 pounds or more.
• Experience in construction, equipment rental, industrial services, or a related field preferred.
• Position requires on-site work; relocation assistance and per diem are not offered.

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of motorized equipment as needed.
• Coordinate daily service activities with Operations, Construction, and Sales teams.
• Attend project coordination meetings to support equipment and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily safety talks and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Promote and support a strong safety culture through adherence to the company's Safety-First initiatives.
• Occasionally operate company vehicles as business needs require.
• Assist with workforce coordination and operational problem-solving to ensure project success.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and project operations.
