Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholder communications to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience in diverse project types and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client and team relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, education, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, contracts, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Coordinate activities among owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress to meet milestones and deliverables on schedule.
• Track costs, review invoices/change orders, and forecast financials.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Address risks, delays, and field issues promptly.
• Promote a strong job-site safety culture.
• Manage subcontractor agreements and client/vendor relationships.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates.
• Oversee documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, closeout packages.
• Ensure work meets design specs, quality standards, and permits.
• Coordinate inspections, punch-list, and turnover activities.

• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in active construction environments as needed.
• Position requires on‑site work; relocation assistance and per diem are not offered.
