Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager in Eden Prairie, MN to lead Field Managers and Technicians, drive service delivery, and grow the business through strong people leadership and safety compliance.

The role requires pest control experience and prior management, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, coaching, route optimization, and budget adherence. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required, with full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance, employee engagement, and operational goals.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure team members meet service quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience expectations.
• Monitor operational performance, including route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, inventory utilization, and service quality metrics to identify opportunities and improve execution in partnership with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales.
• Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling priorities, customer escalations, and resource allocation within established guidelines.
• Promote adherence to company safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while ensuring service teams operate in a safe and compliant manner.
