Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Technicians, focusing on expert service delivery, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team. This role emphasizes exceptional customer experience and identifying growth opportunities to support business goals.

Responsibilities include coaching, monitoring route efficiency, safety compliance, and budgeting while collaborating with Sales and leadership to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance, employee engagement, and operational goals.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure team members meet service quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience expectations.
• Monitor operational performance, including route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, inventory utilization, and service quality metrics to identify opportunities and improve execution in partnership with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales.
• Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling priorities, customer escalations, and resource allocation within established guidelines.
• Promote adherence to company safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while ensuring service teams operate in a safe and compliant manner.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
