Qualifications

• 2+ years pest control experience; management experience preferred.

• State-required pest control training/licensing provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance and growth.
• Provide ongoing field coaching and performance feedback to ensure service quality and safety.
• Monitor operational performance: route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, inventory usage, quality metrics.
• Run service routes, audit daily service tickets, assist with incident reporting, manage expenses within budget, participate in weekly leadership meetings.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions on service delivery, scheduling priorities, escalations, and resource allocation within guidelines.
• Promote adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements for safe, compliant service delivery.
