Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, coach, and manage performance while ensuring a safe work environment and top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will drive sales, profits, inventory, and payroll goals, and oversee the budgeting and operational issues impacting service. Hands-on support includes accompanying service reps, visiting customers, and driving a company vehicle to locations, ensuring goodwill and world-class service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage the service team and evaluate performance.
• Provide leadership to foster a safe and productive working environment.
• Resolve customer-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Train team on effective sales techniques and best practices.
• Assist in pickups/deliveries and support service representatives on-site when needed.

Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.

CompensationA reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $78,200 - $103,985/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
