Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team and lead efforts to deliver exceptional service at customer sites.

You will hire, manage performance, train on sales techniques, and drive the team to meet service, sales and profitability goals while maintaining a safe work environment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service is preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer is made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing service team and provide leadership.
• Foster a safe working environment and address customer issues to achieve satisfaction.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and service procedures.
• Aim to meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals and manage the budget.
• Provide hands-on support to reports, including field visits to customers as needed.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to customer locations and assist with pickups/deliveries.
• Perform managerial duties and ensure world-class service and goodwill.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
