Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise technicians.
• Create accurate repair quotes, purchase orders, and repair orders.
• Act as the central point of contact regarding repair progress.
• Oversee departmental Profit & Loss (P&L) and manage labor costs.
• Maintain organized records for documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors for frequently used components.
• Enforce compliance with DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations.

All Colorado Trucks and Trailers are seeking a full time Service Manager to join our team at our growing Denver, Colorado location. We provide sales and service for all truck and trailer needs. Our services include trailer repairs, mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, brakes, suspensions, welding & fabrication and so much more!

What you’ll be doing

• Training and supervising technicians
• Creating and approving accurate repair quotes, purchase orders (PO), and repair orders (RO) for clients
• Acting as the central point of contact between drivers, dispatchers, fleet operators, and vendors regarding repair progress and timelines
• Overseeing departmental Profit & Loss (P&L), managing labor costs, and maximizing shop profitability
• Maintaining accurate and organized records for all required documentation
• Collaborating with parts departments or vendors to order and stock frequently used components while controlling expenses
• Enforcing strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
