Job summary

Calm Waters Plumbing in College Station, TX is hiring a Service Manager to lead our service techs, field supervisors, and apprentices. You will run morning meetings, coach calls, and conduct weekly one-on-one reviews to raise our 5-star customer experience.

This role offers a $75K base with performance pay up to $140K, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and growth potential as we build a fast-growing, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Led a service, sales, or field team and enjoy growing people.
• Coachable with honesty and respect, not fear.
• Plumbing background is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead service techs, field supervisors, and apprentices.
• Run morning meetings and hands-on trainings.
• Coach call-by-call: what went right, what to improve next time.
• Hold weekly one-on-one performance reviews.
• Ensure the team has tools and resources for a 5-star experience.
• Own customer concerns and turn upset customers into fans.
• Keep the fleet running and road-ready.
• Hand off sold projects to Operations Manager for install.
• Develop the next generation of Calm Waters leaders.
