Calm Waters Plumbing in College Station, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to own install projects from sale to completion, ensuring every job starts with a plan, material list, and walkthrough.

Compensation includes a $75K base with performance pay up to $110K, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, company vehicle, comprehensive health benefits, 3 weeks PTO plus 5 holidays, and a Liberty Fund for approved gear.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plumbing experience.
• Detail-obsessed with deadline discipline.
• Know code and inspection requirements.
• Enjoy teaching as much as doing.

Responsibilities

• Meet the Field Supervisor onsite after the sale and walk every job.
• Build material lists and job plans before a single tool is used.
• Pull permits and meet inspectors — to code and Calm Waters standards.
• Coordinate subs and uphold quality standards.
• Own the customer experience from sale to completion.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and on schedule.
• Train and mentor installers into better plumbers and people.
