The Opportunity
As an Apartment Service Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee the maintenance team and ensure the physical integrity of the community. This includes managing maintenance tasks, handling service requests, and ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Certification in HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
