Job summary

Green Mango Pest Control, Arizona's Premium pest control Company since 2010, is part of the PestCo family of companies. Location: Chandler, AZ 85286.

This full-time role supports the GM, leads a team of pest control technicians, and drives safety, service quality, and growth through proactive route management. Qualifications include 3+ years in customer service with supervisory experience, a pest control license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ customer service experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Sales experience & expertise preferred.
• Strong communication skills in verbal, written and in person.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements; strong financial acumen.
• Licensed in appropriate pest control categories and states.
• Proficient in MS Office; PestRoutes experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Promote an 'All Star' technician team.
• Guarantee safety by using PPE and good judgment under all working conditions.

• Encourage referrals and growth through new services and self-generated leads.
• Ensure technicians stay up to date with pest control training.
• Lead by example to retain and grow staff.
• Translate strategic objectives daily with enthusiasm to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Ensure that you and your team maintain a professional appearance, positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Promote an "All Star" technician team.
• Guarantee Safety by using appropriate PPE, safety equipment and good judgement under all working conditions.
• Maintain company fleet and ensure vehicles are always in safe and prime operational conditions, while keeping equipment and supply inventories to capacity.
• Oversee Route Management to ensure that you and your team service customer accounts according to procedures and guidelines established by the company. Encourage taking time with each customer to take every opportunity to establish recurring services, increase route retentions and addressing "At risk" customers.
• Promote and motivate your team to discover new opportunities through seeking referrals, producing new services to customers on the route by performing routine inspections, clover-leaf neighborhoods, and self-generated leads.
• Ensure that you and your technicians stay up to date with training in all areas of Pest Control from biology, habits, structural, specialty pests and safety.
• Support technician development and encourage a learning, supportive atmosphere in recruiting new talent.
• KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Ensure that you and your team are aware and maintain high scores for the established KPI’s and are growth focused.
• Must lead by good example in all categories. Work closely with your team to encourage and motivate your seasoned workers to the new technicians by promoting enthusiastic engagement with the company’s vision of retention and growth.
• Ability to translate the company’s strategic objectives daily with enthusiasm to your team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Motivated high performer!
• Sales experience & expertise preferred.
• 3 plus years’ customer service experience & supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and strong financial acumen.
• Licensed in appropriate pest control categories and states.
• Adequate Computer Skills required. Strong MS Office and PestRoutes experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Trained in General Pest, Commercial Pest, Termite Pest, Bed Bug Service is preferred.
• Pass Background check, drug screening.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to perform physical demands of the job (must be able to lift 30 lbs.).
