Job summary

PestCo is seeking a full-time Pest Control Service Technician in Chandler, AZ. The role emphasizes delivering a premium customer experience, clear communication, and tailored pest control solutions. You will manage appointments, adhere to safety practices, and maintain equipment and records to support dependable service.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across verbal, written and in-person channels.
• Excellent customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Create value with customers by providing a premium service experience.
• Provide excellent communication with customers daily.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local rules.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for pest solutions tailored to each customer.
• Use safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain appearance and equipment including vehicle, PPE, and literature.
• Focus fully on duties during working hours as directed by supervisor.

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Create value with customers by providing a premium service experience
• Provide excellent communication with customers daily
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
