Job summary

AutoNation in West Palm Beach seeks a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound service calls, schedule appointments for the Service Department, and build strong customer relationships.

You will qualify customer needs, route calls, generate reports for management, process charges, close repair orders, and support the dealership in delivering exceptional service while contributing to DRVPNK charity initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and comprehend written instructions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls and schedule service appointments.
• Ask qualifying questions and route calls appropriately.
• Ensure messages reach service consultants promptly and route appointment details.
• Process and document charges and receipts per Controller policies.
• Close internal repair orders and file copies in customer service files.
