Job summary

AutoNation in the United States is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to strengthen loyalty by managing customer interactions, monitoring satisfaction, and resolving complaints across service, sales, and delivery processes.

You will follow up with customers after visits, prepare delivery reports, and provide feedback to improve the vehicle delivery experience. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prolonged periods of PC usage and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone and organizational skills.
• Two years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer retention and satisfaction; monitor complaints.

• Prepare delivery call reports for Customer Relations Manager.
• Print and distribute customer-related reports; track surveys.
• Assist Parts Department with parts tracking and follow-ups.

The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for fulfilling the dealership's customer relation policies in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Responsible for maintaining high customer retention, customer satisfaction and monitoring customer complaintsContact service customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction Contact customer on the day following delivery of vehicleMake sure proper managers have received copies of any written complaintsKeep records of all customer complaints and solutionsAssist in resolving customer complaints, which can not be handled by Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, ManagersAfter putting a dissatisfied customer in contact with the appropriate personnel, follow up with all parties involved to determine what actions were taken.
