$19.00 to $21.00 per hour

Job Overview

Become part of a strong service team at one of San Diego’s largest and most respected dealerships, servicing Dalton Toyota, Subaru, and Hyundai vehicles. This position serves as a gateway into the automotive service industry and offers future growth opportunities within Dalton Motors, a family‑owned business with over 55 dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers’ vehicles for entry into the service area
• Deliver customers’ vehicles to technicians
• Retrieve vehicles from the service area, deliver them, and park them in the customer pickup area
• Ensure vehicles pass through the alignment/ tread depth checker and a printout is generated
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe service drive and shop area
• Handle customer and dealer‑owned lot attendant vehicles carefully
• Check customer paperwork and walk customers to their completed vehicles

Requirements

• Acceptable driving record and a valid California driver’s license
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Customer service experience
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively
• Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus (not required)
