Job summary

Dalton Motors is seeking Express Lane service advisors/consultants in National City, CA. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles with customers, and guide service decisions while maintaining a friendly, efficient environment.

You will review history, suggest repairs, estimate parts and labor, check recalls, and coordinate with techs. Growth opportunities and ongoing training are provided in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Walk around the vehicle with the customer to verify needs.
• Update customer information and review service history.
• Recommend repairs and provide accurate parts/labor estimates.
• Check for open recalls and coordinate with technicians.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow in the role.
