Job summary

Dalton Motors in National City, CA, is seeking Express Lane service advisors to greet customers, assess service needs, and provide clear estimates for repairs.

Youll work with technicians, check recalls, and help customers schedule next steps, with training provided and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Professional work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Walk around the customer's vehicle with the customer for inspection.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Assess service needs, review history, and recommend repairs.
• Check for open recalls.
• Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and outcomes.
