Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations to ensure consistent execution of service line, divisional, and enterprise priorities.
• Establishes clear leadership expectations and collaborates with service line leadership to set plans and routines.
• Manages adherence to operating and labor budgets, monitors performance, and directs corrective actions.
• Drives integration across care settings and specialties to improve access, capacity, and outcomes.
• Monitors KPIs and leads operational responses to trends and location-based initiatives.
