Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment is seeking an experienced Service Leasing Technician to perform mobile and on-site maintenance for our fleet in Fort Worth, Texas. You will diagnose, repair, and service heavy trucks and trailers, utilizing diagnostic software and hands-on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include fuel and wash duties, equipment inspections, brake and fluid checks, and completing work orders. CDL license is required; join a family-owned leader with strong community commitment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to repair and maintain heavy trucks and trailers.
• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and braking systems.
• Experience with on-site and mobile maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read diagnostic codes and perform troubleshootings.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and wash trucks including detailing inside.
• Check in/out Rental/Lease units.
• Perform mobile maintenance on equipment.
• Drain oil and refill; change filters as needed.
• Grease fittings and check tires (32” and pressures).
• Inspect and adjust brakes; check 5th wheel.
• Check fluids in transmission and axles; service as needed.
• Check wiper blades; inspect lights and belts.
• Complete all paperwork and work orders; charge parts accordingly.
• Repair or replace hydraulic components and emissions related parts.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and driveline components.
• CDL license required per role.
