Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience through high quality, safe food and well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean line, coaching staff, and assisting with office duties.

Responsibilities include handling food safety tasks, resolving quality issues, supporting shift scheduling, and developing future leaders. This on-site role requires restaurant experience and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf life checks, and safety policies.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office tasks.
