Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and coach the restaurant crew to deliver excellent service. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean line, proper equipment function, and active involvement in daily operations.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring time/temperature, supporting shifts and training, and driving crew performance.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Ability to understand and follow Chipotle policies and procedures.
• Proven communication skills for team and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served.
• Support food safety through proper hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Contribute to crew training, performance reviews, and development of future leaders.
