Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and providing great service.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the line, effective supervision of breaks and shifts, and a focus on food safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and ensure properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet during shifts and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with office administration tasks.
• Ensure proper quantities of supplies and ordered office supplies.
