Hires Group seeks a seasoned water/wastewater engineering leader in Las Vegas to head the team and grow the practice. You will manage municipal and private sector projects, including water treatment, wastewater collection, and distribution improvements, driving delivery to high standards.

You will mentor engineers and project managers, review technical work, and collaborate with local agencies to coordinate execution while expanding client relationships and the firm’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.

The job:

• Approximate salary range of $170,000 - $220,000, plus bonus & company profit share scheme.
