This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the water/wastewater practice in Texas, managing MUD and large residential projects, mentoring engineers, and driving innovative solutions in lift stations, pump stations, and small plant work.

The job:

• Lead the water/wastewater engineering team, helping grow the practice in Dallas and across Texas.

• Manage MUD and large residential projects from design through delivery, with focus on lift stations, pump stations, and treatment plant work.
• Lead and train a team of 3-7 junior engineers, whilst hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy and guiding professional development of junior staff.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to advance service initiatives and position the firm as a market leader.
