Are you a passionate leader who leads by example? Precision Garage Door is seeking a Service Lead in Mamaroneck, NY. Location Responsibilities:
  • Reports daily to the Home Market Office Location
  • Travels to New Jersey for professional development when asked
  • Travels to other locations as needed
Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
  • Lead technicians, fostering servant leadership and promoting company culture
  • Organize and lead weekly professional development sessions alongside the location lead
  • Support technicians by identifying skill or will issues and providing corrective input
  • Attend leadership meetings and promote consistency and culture
  • Handle customer interactions, including calls and reviews, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensure company procedures are followed, and report any violations
  • Manage repairs, including fixing customer problems when necessary
  • Maintain truck cleanliness, inventory, and security
  • Perform ride-alongs and report on technician performance
  • Uphold company standards for uniforms and vehicle branding
Compensation:
  • $12.00/hr plus 12% commission
  • Eligible for monthly tier, quarterly, and year-end bonuses
KPIs:
  • Ticket average, closing percentage, reviews, driving score, adherence to procedures
Expectations:
  • Maintain excellent metrics in revenue, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
  • Embrace sales systems, communicate effectively, and treat others with respect
  • Work full days, be patient, and promote team development
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven excellent work as a technician with strong metrics
