Job summary

Kocourek Subaru in Appleton, WI is seeking a Service Lane Coordinator to help our service department run smoothly. You’ll greet customers, direct vehicles, assist with check-in and keep the drive orderly while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coordinate shuttle and loaner vehicles, perform light cleaning, and support daily operations with a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to drive an automatic vehicle (manual preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct vehicles in the service lane.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and install seat covers/floor mats.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the service area and lot.
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and organized.
• Support shuttle coordination and loaner vehicle tracking.
• Assist with fueling, light cleaning, and seasonal snow removal.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to every guest.
