Quantrell Auto Group in Lexington, KY is hiring a Subaru Service Lane Assistant to welcome guests and keep the service drive running smoothly. You will assist Service Advisors, direct vehicles, and help manage check-in/check-out processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork, with in-person work at our Lexington, Kentucky location. Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and help create a positive first impression.
• Direct and move vehicles through the service drive and dealership.
• Maintain an organized flow of vehicles in the service lane and parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with delivery drivers and other team members.
• Support the Service Advisors and Service Department with daily guest and vehicle needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service lane and surrounding areas.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and parking protocols.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Service Department.
