Job summary

Basney BMW Mazda is seeking a Service Porter to assist service staff with vehicle check-in, customer shuttle, and valet duties. You will greet customers, move vehicles, and help maintain a clean, safe service drive while supporting advisors during busy periods.

Ideal candidates have a valid license, a reliable commute, and a professional, customer-focused attitude. This full-time role offers teamwork, training, and opportunities to grow in a dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eager to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work everyday.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in and customer vehicle inspection.
• Retrieve and check in loaner vehicles before and after customer use.
• Greet customers in service drive and direct to proper department or advisor.
• Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days. Commission/bonus earned per day filling in.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Customer shuttle and vehicle valet as needed.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Maintain clean and safe service drive and entrance walk way
• Perform other duties as assigned.
