Job summary

Fields BMW of Asheville is seeking energetic team members to join our dealership environment and provide premium customer service experiences. You will greet customers, direct them to service advisors, and support the daily operations to ensure a friendly and efficient visit.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions.

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive for service appointments.
• Direct customers through UV Eye machine and to service advisors.
• Assist advisors/manager as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform light service duties such as tire air top-offs and washer fluid checks.
• Check in loaners and perform evening lot checks.
• Coordinate pick up/delivery of vehicles as needed.

Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8pm to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive for service appointment
• Direct all customers through UV Eye machine
• Direct all customers to service advisors
• Light service duties including tire air top offs, washer fluid top offs.
• Assist advisors / manager as needed
• Check in loaners
• Evening lot check
• Pick up / deliver cars as needed

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
