Fields BMW of Asheville seeks a positive team member to provide a luxury experience for our internal and external customers. You will help keep the lot organized, assist service staff, and support managers in daily operations.

Ideal candidates are safety-minded, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and MVR. Join a team that values integrity, courtesy, and presentation in a dynamic, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Follow directions and instructions as part of daily duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude to interact with customers and team members.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• A proactive, safety-conscious approach is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer facing and ensuring car lots are organized and clean.
• Work with service to ensure lots are organized.
• Battery maintenance on new vehicles.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist managers as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
