Fields BMW of Asheville is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our dealership environment. Join us to provide premium customer service and build life-long relationships with customers and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Follow directions and instructions with accuracy.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude in a fast-paced service environment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at service arrival.
• Direct customers through UV Eye machine.
• Direct customers to service advisors.
• Light service duties: tire air top-offs, washer fluid top-offs.
• Assist advisors / manager as needed.
• Check in loaners.
• Evening lot check.
• Pickup / delivery of cars as needed.
