Job summary

Fields BMW of Asheville is seeking a positive team member to join our dealership and provide a luxury experience to customers. You will keep car lots organized, assist service, and help maintain vehicle readiness while supporting managers as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a positive attitude, and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and MVR review in a fast-paced automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow directions and instructions.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (MVR) per dealership guidelines.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Customer facing and ensuring car lots are organized and clean.
• Work with service to ensure lots are organized.
• Battery maintenance on new vehicles.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist managers as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
