Job summary

Fields BMW of Asheville is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic team to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers. Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience and build life-long relationships with every guest.

As a Lot Attendant, you will keep the car lots organized, assist service in moving vehicles, perform basic battery checks, and drive cars to service lanes and parking areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and work with a team.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as per dealership guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Customer facing and ensuring car lots are organized and clean
• Work with service to ensure lots are organized
• Battery maintenance on new vehicles
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist managers as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.
