Job summary

Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of home plumbing systems with a focus on doing the job right the first time.

Two years of residential plumbing service experience is required, along with strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of local codes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Service Titan and Nexstar experience.
• Plumbing codes knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues.
• Perform service calls including repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners.
• Accurately complete service paperwork and documentation.
• Participate in training opportunities to continue developing your skills.
