The field service technician performs various support tasks at customer locations, including troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units in the field.
2. Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
3. Provide on-call emergency service as required and communicate with the department manager while in the field.
4. Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations; provide customer service via phone and in person.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License and pass MVR check
• Valid TDLR Journeymen or Master license
• Pass drug and background screening
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive customer service skills
• Experience in commercial service work
• Lighting experience is a plus

Compensation:

USD $31.00 - USD $34.00 per hour
