Job summary

Octopus Computer Associates is seeking an interaction designer to optimize how users engage with our services. You will shape both overall workflow and individual design elements to help users complete tasks quickly and accurately, delivering a positive experience.

You will collaborate with user researchers, content designers, service designers and developers to turn evidence into design decisions and ensure interfaces are easy to navigate. Knowledge of CESA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, designers, performance analysts, developers and policy teams.
• Translate user needs and organisational outcomes into design concepts.
• Create intuitive interfaces that are easy to use and navigate.
• Translate evidence-based research into design decisions.
• Partner with product, business analysts and researchers to refine services amid policy and tech changes.
• Knowledge of CESA is a plus.
