Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a UI / Interaction Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for a federal-aligned mission environment. You will own templates, component libraries, interaction patterns, checklists, and secure SSO flows across enterprise apps.

The role involves rapid prototyping, iterative design with UX researchers, and ensuring accessibility and branding compliance. Fully remote across the US, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UI or digital product design experience.
• Experience creating templates, component libraries, and patterns.
• Experience designing forms, workflows, and secure login/SSO.
• Familiarity with accessibility and Section 508 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain component libraries, style guides, and interaction specs.
• Design user flows for secure SSO, onboarding, forms, and catalogs.
• Build prototypes and wireframes to validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to translate insights into designs.
• Conduct usability evaluations and iterate based on feedback.
