Job summary

The role focuses on learning the service process, scheduling for the service department, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely installations and returns.

Excellent organizational skills and CRM proficiency are required, with 1–3 years of coordination experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of coordination experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand service and scheduling processes.
• Schedule appointments using team calendars and tools.
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email with urgency.
• Manage the Service phone line and inbox.
• Coordinate schedules for service technicians.
• Ensure calendar accuracy and quick turnaround for second trips.
