This role coordinates scheduling, processing, and invoicing for service and installations from start to end, providing support to technicians and ensuring timely inspections. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for service and installations from start to end, and handle invoicing.
• Receive customer calls and initiate appropriate responses; provide support to technicians in the field.
• Prepare schedules for monthly inspections and other services; enter service requests.
• Update Infor and Service Trade with inspection dates to ensure proper scheduling for subsequent years.
• Ensure inspectors have proper building reports IDs and assign inspections using Service Trade.
