Job summary

HC Forklift America Corp seeks a Service Infrastructure Consultant to lead the development and optimization of the U.S. service framework for AGV systems. The role coordinates with field operations, factory engineering, and product teams to improve reliability, training, and service delivery across the network.

The position requires traveling domestically and internationally to support technicians, dealers, and end-users, ensuring quality standards and PDI procedures are consistently applied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years in field service, technical service, or related industry.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of forklifts, heavy equipment, or similar products.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or electromechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of U.S. service infrastructure.
• Provide guidance on field technician recruitment, onboarding, and service organization structure.
• Evaluate and optimize service workflows and spare parts distribution strategies.
• Develop and standardize Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) procedures and documentation.
• Travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities to provide hands-on technical guidance.
