Hangcha America Smart Logistics Solution (HASL) is seeking an on-site AGV Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer to implement and support AGV/AMR systems across the U.S. You will lead on-site commissioning, testing, startup activities, and provide after-sales support to customers.

The role requires a hands-on technical background in robotics/automation, strong problem-solving, and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Robotics or related disciplines.
• Hands-on technical skills for industrial and customer-site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site AGV/AMR system implementation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
• Conduct equipment testing, system debugging, troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis during deployment.
• Provide technical support and timely problem resolution for customers and internal teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and operational support for deployed AGV/AMR systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams for project execution.
• Assist customers with system operation, maintenance guidance, and after-sales support.
• Analyze electrical, mechanical, and system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and project records.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. as required by projects.
