• Provide Team Leaders with tools to run a model cell like a small business.
• Foster respectful culture with clear communication and alignment to goals.
• Evaluate and improve skills and performance of production team members and Team Leaders.
• Promote lean transformation and 5S; encourage value stream thinking.
