Job summary

Club Car is seeking a Team Leader for the Evans, GA area. You will extend management support to associates, supervise daily production, and ensure safety and quality in all activities.

The role includes coordinating staffing, driving continuous improvement, and serving as the communication link between management and staff. A background in manufacturing leadership and proficiency with Office tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Club Car experience or two years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance of assigned work group, including safety, quality, efficiency, and daily production schedule.
• Support plant safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.
• Plan and manage work schedules with Area Supervisor.
• Ensure staff have equipment and supplies needed for jobs.
• Lead housekeeping and designate 5S responsibilities.
• Communicate performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordinate problem-solving for process improvements and audits.
• Staffing review to meet daily shipping/production needs.
