Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area and direct them appropriately.
• Record customer information, appointment status, and vehicle details.
• Manage service traffic flow and parking; assist with loaner vehicles.
• Move vehicles safely and maintain orderly service drive and parking areas.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional service zone.
