Job summary

Lighthouse Buick GMC Inc. is seeking a Service Greeter to welcome Service Department customers, prepare cars for technicians, and help with transfers between Lighthouse locations. This role offers a friendly, high-energy environment and opportunities to log steps in a full day.

Shifts are part-time with 5-hour and 9.5-hour options, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 12 PM or 12 PM to 5:30 PM. Pay ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, and benefits include a 401(k) with employer contributions and employee

Responsibilities

• Greet the customer with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Escort the customer to the right person.
• Tag and bag the vehicle.
• Make sure all information is on the tags.
• Park the vehicle in the correct location.
• Help customer to their destination.
• Cashier the customer, walk them to their vehicle, and thank them for coming in when they leave.
• Assist the parts department in pickup and drop-off of parts.
• Other Misc. Tasks assisting the Service Department.

Service Greeter

Lighthouse Buick GMC Inc. is looking for an individual with a great attitude, good driving record, positive work ethic, and strong customer service skills who likes meeting new people, and doesn't mind getting some steps logged in a day (approx. 10,000).

Service Greeter - Summary

Offer a great greeting to our Service Department customers as they bring in their vehicles. Extend Lighthouse hospitality, prepare cars for the technicians, drive customers to their destination, drive vehicles between Lighthouse locations, and cashier customers when they leave, providing a fantastic farewell! This is an active job, Service greeters can easily log 10-15,000 steps in a full day shift. While greeter duties are primary, this position does cross-train with the parts department and may pick up/drop off parts as well.

Part Time:

• Available shifts are 5-hour and 9.5-hour shifts. Mon – Fri 7 AM - 12 PM, and 12 PM – 5:30 PM.
• Currently all afternoon shifts are open, as well as all day Friday
• There is also opportunity to pick up hours and shifts as a substitute.

Pay Rate : $15-$16 per hour.
