Job summary

DCH Montclair Acura in Verona, NJ is hiring a Service Greeter to welcome clients, schedule appointments, and guide them to the right service bay. This on-site role reports to the Service Manager and starts your day with busy activity rather than desk work.

You will communicate with customers and co-workers, manage your time effectively, and maintain waiting area refreshments. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; prior customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• You will communicate with customers and co-workers.
• You will manage your time.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and welcome the client when they arrive.
• Escort the client to the appropriate department/area.
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide exceptional service.
• Provide administrative support to the staff if needed.
• Maintain client refreshments and waiting areas.
