Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group welcomes a Service Greeter to be the first contact for guests bringing their vehicles in for service. You will create a welcoming, professional experience and help coordinate the flow in the service lane.

The role requires friendly communication, good organizational skills, and a courteous demeanor. Bi-lingual is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality suited to customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Greet customers and assist when vehicles enter the service lane.
• Move the customer's vehicle from the service drive.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the check-in process for service and maintenance.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.

Our Service Greeters ensure and are responsible for providing an inviting and professional experience to the guests who bring their vehicles in for their scheduled maintenance and repairs.
